Yeah, it's pretty wild how the people on this post don't know that "neckbeard" is a very specific insult that has nothing to do with the posted pics.[b] And when we explain it, they just keep rambling with this Thoreau-had-a-beard-like-that-but-I-hate-it stuff. [/b]

Anyhoo -- yeah, the beards in the pics look weird, but that's just fashion. It changes. No one has worn a beard like that for about 200 years or so. The derogatory term "neckbeard" is only going to apply to someone who has never put anywhere near that much effort into their appearance.  [/quote]
