[/quote] no you have to integrate the schools. social integration (if kids from different neighborhoods mix) has no bearing on this process. the schools have to have equal percentages of FARMS kids. [/quote] Given housing policies it's not really possible without a lot of bussing. But you can tweak some to improve the balance and help with some funding in places. [/quote]
