Not one though? Can't entice a single female coach to come be a director? Currently has 2 male directors on the travel side. By my count, another 11 male directors have been employed and left/been let go in the last 7 or so years. "Leads" an organization that holds female only licenses and can't get any of them to come over as coaches?

Honestly, who cares? It's a smaller club just minding their business doing what they do. If we were talking age groups having six teams deep, competing for national titles, with players doing outside trainings seven days a week, and maniac parents on the sidelines then yes there would be more opportunities.
