I wanted to bump this anyway because I just booked a trip.  I've never been to Universal, but I've been to Disney many times so I feel like I have a lot to learn.

Helios does not come with express passes. The express pass is a grandfathered amenity. You can only get express unlimited at Portofino, Hard Rock, and Royal Pacific. The express unlimited passes are ONLY good for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Express passes to Epic Universe have to be purchased separately. [/quote]
