Schogetten dark chocolate from Aldi. Cheap. Already in individual bite-size squares you can chew and eat or suck and savor. One satisfies. Also from Aldo, Moser Roth - various types; I like the 70% cocoa. Comes in a package of individually wrapped rectangles. I always regret eating the whole rectangle. Half would really be fine, especially since I like to dip it into peanut butter.
Schogetten has too much sugar in it for me (18g of sugar per 39g serving, with each bar being 100g). Moser Roth 85% cocoa only has 3g of sugar per 25g bar.
The info on my Schogetten box indicates 13 g sugar (which may still be high for you) but that's per serving which is 5 pieces (28 g). Just one, maybe 2 pieces are plenty to satisfy the chocolate craving. I can't do 85% cocoa. Best I do is Moser Roth's 70% with 7g sugar in one full bar - I usually only do half.
