Extra tooth brush, mouth wash, toothpaste etc

A few days before -

- Get a couples massage a day or two before and drink lots of water for a week
- Get a full spa treatment for yourself - waxing, massage, mani-pedi-facial, hair color, hair style, nails etc.  
- Make sure that you are regular,  hydrated, eat clean, be healthy, don't eat beans or fart inducing stuff for a few days
- Dental cleaning, salt water gargling...make sure no tonsil stones are there and make sure that your tongue is clean
- A clean house, clean fridge. At least one easy meal that can be warmed up, some healthy snacks, fruits, cheese etc. 
- Seltzer water and flavored water

Shower and brush teeth. Not sure what else you need to be told … the main event has nothing to do with healthy snacks or how clean your bathroom is. [/quote]
