In my full time 12 month job, I am not able to take two months off work every summer. Yes, teachers can take the summers off if they want. They do not get paid for those months, but they do get to keep their jobs. That is a benefit associated with their job that most other professions do not have. You will surely respond with numerous benefits that teachers do not get, but this is one that they do get.[/quote]
