[/quote] you have zero experience keeping weight off after stopping this drug [/quote] np and I'm disagreeing with this. GLP-1 helps you realize that you eat even when not hungry. The meds allowed me to see that I didn't need to eat that much and I'm feeding myself food to feed some other need. The fact that at times food is nauseating yet you still feel a hunger for something made me realize I needed to feed myself with other healthful habits and that I don't need food other than for sustenance. by the by, I used it to lose 25 lbs and wasn't obese.
