[/quote] Once the pic is taken, it's out of your control. Some parents will be diligent about keeping the photos restricted on social media accounts, and others will definitely not care. So the point in the process where you have most control is when someone is about to take a photo. You tell them not to. In public, the law is not on your side, but schools have their own rules that they can enforce. [/quote]
