[/quote] This is going to blow your mind, but I live in a neighborhood that's 50-50 private/public, and nearly ALL the kids get tutors at some point, regardless of where they go to school. Some of it remedial and some of it is stabilization to stay ahead. The truth is that most wealth parents get tutors for their kids. Tutoring is a function of wealth, not academics. [/quote]
