There's no official process, once they have final decisions for where the level IV kids are going (after the appeals are done and parents accept/decline and pick local or center), then the principal at their discretion can fill out the class with more kids. You get notice to opt in a few weeks before the school year starts. It doesn't always happen at every school and the placement is only good for that year. [/quote][/quote]
