My advice would be to go to an esthetician or nurse who works at a doctor's office (derm or plastic surgeon). They are usually overseen directly by the doctor and have higher standards to adhere to when working in a medical facility than your regular spa or former pediatric nurse who rents a room at your local hair salon and just took a weekend class in doing aesthetic treatments so she can make more $$$.[/quote]
