In Iran, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Yemen, it is against the law to engage in sex with someone of the same-sex  the laws state that if a person is found guilty of it the death penalty would be applied. No Muslim countries have complete freedom for gays so that’s useless.

I live in Europe- in a Dach country. Some germans are ok with not killing gay people b.c they already did that in the concentration camps but there is still a LOT of homophobia. Like- not really wanting to play sports with someone who is gay or not renting a house to someone who is gay, management transferring them to another city for work and disregarding their partner as opposed to a heterosexual relationship. Real homophobia that has a real life impact on ordinary working people.  [/quote]
