They need to cut out seed oils, ultra-processed foods and alcohol. Minimize sugar and grains, get sunlight, good sleep, eat high-animal protein lift weights take supplements and drink tea as the RFK Rogan types do.

Presumably that will drastically lessen their chances of getting the cancers that have been exploding all over the place.

Though I don't think Trump ran on defunding research, it's always a good idea to try to be healthy rather than depend on multi-billion-dollar corporations who have repeatedly been sued and found guilty of causing massive harm/putting people 6 feet under with their drugs.[/quote]
