Thank you for indulging me.[/quote] I am one of the posters that used White Balsamic vinegar every day. I primarily used it as the vinegar in my homemade oil and vinegar salad dressing. It just tasted great! I use regular balsamic now but it just seems heavier and sweeter. Plus, you splash it on you and it stains. I never use bottled salad dressings - just oil and vinegar for me![/quote]
