You want to shift the blame to something other than themselves, otherwise you'll never turn them. Mirror back to them that they are rational individuals who sadly put their trust in the wrong media. Do not imply that any media has all the facts or that your side is better. But go in the direction that, if everyone had the full set of data, everyone could have a truly informed opinion. Mention that you yourself make a point of looking at news from all the political spectrum, and that's why you are able to come to a different conclusion.

That's if your parents aren't too stupid or too far gone cognitively. If they are, then all you do is gently fade away. You are absolved from guilt when they need your help and you only choose to do what you're comfortable with.
