Our school has model 1 for current 5th graders (who are keeping their cohort) but model 2 for incoming 4th graders. Literally zero input requested from any parents, it was very clear that was not something that they were interested in. I think parents at my school are waiting for it to be a disaster before they do anything. I have voiced my opinion to everyone I can think of but it has not made a difference at all.[/quote]
