So you think that by talking about Chinese restaurants in VIRGINIA of all places are *ALL* Chinese food. Being raised by a fantastic Chinese cook, I can tell you that there are very few restaurants outside of NYC or SF in the US that approach good homemade Chinese food or even average Chinese relative to Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and most of China. You have no idea. This is like saying that there are no good American cuisine restaurants because all you can find are TGI Fridays, Applebys and Quiznos.[/quote]
