They can impeach him because it's the right thing to do.  They can also just keep him busy defending himself until he fulfils his destiny of dying on the toilet. [/quote]

It is also important for our democracy to have a record of impeachable offenses acted upon so they don't become excuses for others to do it too. So impeaching in the House is important even if the Senate is too corrupt to remove.[/quote]
