He wasn't a failed incumbent.
He couldn't be a lame duck in 2023...that would not have worked with Congress or in international standing. It just isn't reality. He did what he did because the timing was important. [/quote]

When an incumbent POTUS and his 40% approval rating runs for a second term and then backs out of the race just 3 months prior to election day, that incumbent is a complete failure. A second grader could figure that out.[/quote]
