Texas, California, Arizona, New York, New Jersey, Florida has a lot of talent

No region has a MLS  academy that can fit all the talent in their area.

Even with all the academies in London, they can't fit all the talent there on their rosters.

So if the academy across the country has the same cap on roster size even with residency program, then there's no difference in how many kids they can fit  into an academy age group than one that doesn't have residency. [/quote]
