Is she or her team affected much by the change in birthday classifications? There may be more teams looking to pick up players than usual.

For example, my daughter’s team is splitting because almost half the team is now eligible to stay at 10u and the others move up to 12u. They had an unusual number of late 2014 birthdays and are now looking for more girls to make 2 teams.

It should not affect many 14u teams, OP. Just try out for more teams. Like try to find 10 tryouts, not 2-3. [/quote]
