Know people in NC in DPL (which was second tier) having to travel to Georgia and Alabama all the time for league games. If Aspire, due to lack of teams, has VA in a conference with NC or PA/DE, etc. then its going to lose the best players not in ECNL/GA to all the RL teams/clubs.
