For some, they like that Catholicism feels more "familiar" and enjoys a bigger presence here. For others, they like Orthodox art/architecture, and dislike the "politics" surrounding Catholicism. Or you could split the difference and attend an Eastern Catholic church, one that feels similar to Orthodox but in communion with Rome. [/quote]
