He's not confirmed by the Senate, I don't think.[/quote] I fact checked this because I assumed that Miller HAD been confirmed by the Senate. But apparently he hasn’t been. Still, it’s quite likely that he would have been confirmed had he gone through the confirmation process. This MAGA-led Congress rubber stamps pretty much everything Trump wants. “Stephen Miller was appointed as White House deputy chief of staff for policy and homeland security advisor in President Donald Trump’s administration, roles that do not require Senate confirmation. Therefore, he was not subject to a Senate confirmation process for these positions.” [/quote]
