Basically I think you'd get out what you put in and most people aren't reflective or self-aware enough to view all sides of a situation, which is where a therapist would be more useful. I guess my main concern would be that it could be like an echo chamber of sorts, which I feel like is a huge problem with our society right now. But I completely agree with OP's point that it could be a great, free resource for a ton of people, so I'm torn on that aspect. And yes, not all therapists are good. [/quote]
