They are actually cutting into the vital organs.  The heart.  The lungs.

For the first time, the USA will be spending less on research than  Europe and China.  But I guess that's what we want.  To be Russia.  And not the imaginary Russia of spy movies.  The poor doomed modern real nation.[/quote]

Fact is NO ONE has proposed real cuts in a generation
