Coaches know a good portion of the kids they already want and those kids get offers the day after the first tryout. That's pretty common at all clubs. My kid has always gotten an offer after the first day (not bragging just sharing info) while I know other kids who get it after the second tryout. It's really about the coaches and how they think of their roster.[/quote]
