To be fair he was late for breakfast and we had already cleaned everything up so I'd already had to produce a second breakfast for him (which did include coffee).  So the idea of making a pot of coffee at 11 pm, which I would have to clean up that night (the dishwasher was already full and running) so the houseguests could have morning coffee was just past my limit.  It turns out that 16 guests/houseguests is past my ability without help.  I am very good with 8 people for a weekend.[/quote]
