It’s the same line of thinking as going to Human Resources to solve their work relationships. Low risk and indirect. They want everything gentle, no risks, and it’s great when someone else to work it out for them— so they don’t have to deal with real or speculative consequences. My kids don’t like ordering things in person bc it’s uncomfortable (I compelled them to do that for practice). [/quote]
