She should’ve just followed his request and opened the door
+1
Educate yourselves. People in cars are protected by the 4th Amendment. Generally, police officers cannot order you to open your car door without a valid reason, such as probable cause or an imminent threat. Opening your car door is considered a search, and the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution protects against unreasonable searches. However, there are exceptions, such as when an officer has probable cause to believe a crime is being committed or if there is an imminent danger to themselves or others.
+1 But, MAGA like to keep people ignorant about our rights and laws.
And your group likes to hide and protect people who break the laws.
? PP here.. I'm an independent. These people broke visa laws. Big f*n deal. They are still human. I'd rather allow a person who overstayed their visa, works and is not a criminal in this country than some inhumane a$$hole like you. Why does ICE have to detain them for MONTHS? It's because of profit. These detainment centers are for profit. They are treating human beings as commodities. Some Americans have completely lost any compassion. You are more concerned with visa overstays than human compassion. Disgusting. -former R
