Bur a previous court determined years ago that he was in fact affiliated with MS 13. He was granted protected status as he feared for his life if returned to El Salvador. This was not meant to be a permanent visa to stay.[/quote] Quote please. What I have read is that "he did not prove that he was not a danger to society." Nothing about MS-13. And in reality, not necessarily anything either[/quote]
