If she spit on people, probably the story would be reported the same way. Of course no one deserves to be beat to death. However, in general antagonizing people is a bad idea when you don't know how people will respond and some people are crazy. Even more so if you're not in a familiar environment. The mother didn't deny he did it and the police accused him of doing this long before they knew he was dead. In any case, seems like it would be pretty easy to verify whether he did it or not. Tons of witnesses. So if it's all some big conspiracy it will come out.[/quote]
