Thank you! I had to pause while typing to seriously put the full name in there because it bothers me too and I don't want to slip into saying it because it's shorter.

The sweet potato gratin was great. Going to try the mashed potato with peppers and onions too. Not adverse at all to some legumes (or even small amounts of meat or cheese) but really trying to pack in the vegetables rather than having them be the scraps. A bonus is that I found a great vegetable recipe website. Will post it later when I have it on hand. [/quote]
