Do you think it's unhygenic?[/quote] Many office fridges are not part of janitorial cleaning schedules, it’s up to the users to keep it clean. Partly that’s because some people throw a fit when their goods are throw out. What ends up happening is a ton of abandoned and expired food rotting in the fridge. I don’t even open it. My cooler pack will do just fine, I’m not making hollandaise sauce. Commercial Mayo is actually pretty shelf stable, about the same as ketchup. [/quote]
