[/quote] OP, I count at least 3 places here where you acknowledge your own lack of willpower/ follow-through/ whatever you want to call it. I think the bigger question for you is: If you can't "find the time and energy" and "prioritize" your health, you are not going to have success. You, like many other people, will find it simpler to take medication as a magic bullet and will keep right on living life like you always have. I fear for these people when, in 10 years, it comes out how dangerous these drugs really are.[/quote]
