Just: have at least a 1/2 bath on main floor. This PP (and I) are advocating for having a full bath and something that can be a bedroom on the main floor so that if ever someone can't do the stairs, there is an option. I think a study with a full bath is more realistic than full bath and bedrooms, since most homes have been built so that all bedrooms are together so that parents aren't separated from the kids.[/quote]
