Just say it with confidence and hope no one checks it?[/quote] I am not making things up, but I meant to say that the city does not have as high a population forecast as it did before. So some schools will have to close or at least downsize, and it seems like I Dream saw the writing on its particular wall. I suppose we'll find out more details eventually.[/quote]
