No matter how much education women get, they still end up being the primary caregiver. Usually to children, but also to aging parents, disabled siblings, etc. And it's the caregiving aspect of our culture that ends up allowing men to earn more. Men, free of most caregiving responsibilities, can be in the workplace more, prioritize getting promotions, etc. when women often can't, or at least choose not to. [/quote]
