These are teams in MLSN2.  I think the list do tell you the quality for next year.  Some of these clubs are first teams.

It’s a shame coppermine is in this tier. From what I’ve seen of their u13-14 teams, they’re gonna wipe the floor with many of these teams. Hopefully they get promoted to MLSN proper. [/quote]
