I don't live I'm McLean Hamlet but we've looked there and seriously considered it. There is no way a house there would sell for what you are suggesting. It's a desirable, established community in a good school pyramid. Perhaps the houses to which you refer we're not in sought after neighborhoods or good school pyramids.
