I looked at the map.  They literally are planning an egress between two houses on a cul de sac.  And, PP is correct about the main access point through a daycare parking lot.  We are talking about 250 units.

This does not affect me.  I do not live in Franklin Farm, though I do live nearby.  This is not the right place for this plan.  But, how would you like a new road going between two rather close houses.  These are not acred estates.  They are suburban homes.
