Unfortunately, we do have a percentage of the population who think Trump is wonderful, and everything would be fine if Trudeau hadn't been Prime Minister.  I'm more than a little worried. [/quote]

You'll always have those people. I think it’s a modern curse.

Who you really need to watch are the uninterested and checked out citizens.

If somehow 1/3 of eligible voters in the U.S. had actually decided to get educated about how a Trump presidency would affect the country, I think we would have had the chance at a different outcome

But lucky for you, Trump seems to doing a fine job of reducing the number of checked out Canadians. Wishing you the best outcome. I've been near Canada my whole life and have nothing but welll wishes for it.
