PP here.

Diarrhea, stomach pain, constipation (bad enough to cause a couple of impactions, one that needed an enema), fatigue (this was the worst -- I almost went off it because of this, it took many months for it to lift), blurry vision, bad dreams, depression.

It's been awful. But ... other than the fatigue, it isn't every day. I might have a gi side effect, say bad diarrhea and stomach pain, once every couple of weeks or so. Same with the constipation, although if I stay very on top of my water and fiber, I tend to be ok. The depression tends to be for about 48 hours after each shot and then lifts. The blurry vision was only after the first few shots. The bad dreams come and go. [/quote]
