I need to lose around 70lbs but have a lifelong phobia about vomiting. I take Zofran if I feel nauseous because panic sets in. I already take an SSRI for anxiety. So are the weight loss drugs out for me?? Anyone else have this phobia/fear and been able to use this weight loss option?
So do it the old fashioned way and not use drugs
The "old fashioned way" is not in line with current science. Hence it being "old fashioned." Take your out-of-date ignorant snark elsewhere.
I am a different poster, and have no issue with someone using loss drugs, but since when are healthy eating and portion control not in line with current science?
They never have been. The truth is some people have a completely different food drive. And we are surrounded by unlimited cheap calories. Some people also eat out of boredom. The result of that is our current epidemic.
Yeah, but you’re just supporting the same theory. It is calories and calories out and move your body. You’re just saying that some people have been genetically programmed to respond to the over abundance of ultra palatable and ultra processed food with a complete lack of self control and that’s what has made them fat. That’s the same thing and the science supports that.
