It sounds terrible. However, I did take the medication and I kept the dose very low and never over ate, I exercised and ate very tiny meals and kept them all protein centered and never threw up once. I’ve never even been nauseous. You can easily take this medication and have almost no side effects. Please don’t worry about it so much. I started at 2.5 and very slowly moved up to three and then 3.5 and lost 40 pounds in four months. It’s the best that ever could have happened to me.[/quote]
