It's possible that he might have some early senility. I think something like Home Depot might be good for him, not sure if he could do much else that people posted on here. I dunno if I want him to be a crossing guard or cafeteria monitor, those might be too intense and require too much responsibility. I also have tried explaining that if I am working on something or on a zoom call, he should try to be mindful but he seems to think what he does is equally as important.
