But in my trauma psych experience there is usually an underlying primary disorder and Dx, and then several secondary disorders like anxiety, depression, bullying, rages to cover up the underlying one. It’s all to protect one’s image and ego. It is not “shame” - many mental and personality disorders are not empathetic nor feel actual shame, just lie and blame constantly to get people off their case. [/quote]
