You can't blame the pandemic for teens discharging a gun at a local park, or bringing a BB gun into school, or calling in a bomb threat. That's a blend of stupidity and knowing the consequences won't be severe. Another Principal would have made consequences severe enough to put other would be idiots on notice. FYI - if in 2025, you can excusing someone due to the pandemic, you lose ALL credibility. [/quote]
