This country has a culture of obeying court orders.  We all know that when you get to the point of disobeying a court order, you are in the wrong.  This is who we are.

There are two prominent people in our government today that do not believe in following court orders, and admittedly they are powerful people, but they are a tiny minority compared to the numbers of department heads, leaders, and the rank and file of the civil service.  Court orders will be followed.[/quote]
